Terms and conditions

The agreement between you and Rajesh Pradhan.

These terms govern your use of ChatPPT ("the software"), supplied by Rajesh Pradhan, trading as ChatPPT ("we", "us"). By paying for and using the software you accept them.

1. What we supply

ChatPPT is a Windows desktop software application. What we sell is a subscription to use it on one personal computer for 30 days from the date of activation, for ₹99 including all taxes. The software runs on your computer and produces PowerPoint files there; we do not generate, receive or store your presentations.

2. Subscription, activation and expiry

A subscription begins when it is activated on your PC, which happens automatically within a few seconds of a confirmed payment, and runs for 30 days. When it expires, generating new presentations stops; files you have already produced are unaffected and remain on your computer. Renewal is manual — nothing is automatically debited and no card, UPI mandate or e-NACH is created or stored. Renewing before expiry adds 30 days to the end of the period you already hold.

3. One computer per subscription

Each subscription is tied to the computer it is activated on, identified by a device identifier the software derives locally and stores in an irreversible form. Using the software on a second computer requires a second subscription. If your PC is replaced, reinstalled or fails, contact us with your User ID and we will move the subscription across.

4. Third-party services are not included

ChatPPT operates your own Google Chrome and your own signed-in ChatGPT session. You are responsible for holding a valid ChatGPT account of your own and for complying with OpenAI's terms. No third-party AI service, account or subscription is included in the ₹99 price, and we do not resell one. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or acting for OpenAI, Microsoft or Google.

5. Acceptable use

You may not resell, sublicense, rent out or redistribute the software, nor attempt to circumvent its licensing or share a subscription across machines. You are responsible for the content you generate with it and for ensuring you hold the rights to use that content.

6. Your responsibilities

Providing a computer meeting the requirements published on the download page, a working internet connection and your own ChatGPT account; keeping your User ID; and keeping your own backups of the presentations you generate.

7. Availability

Activation and renewal require our licensing service to be reachable. We aim to keep it available continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Once activated, the software generates presentations without contacting us again for the remainder of the period.

8. Changes to the software

We may update ChatPPT to fix problems or add capability, and updates are included during an active subscription where they apply to your version. Because the software works through third-party services we do not control, specific behaviour may need to change without notice.

9. Intellectual property

ChatPPT, its name and its code remain our property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for the subscription period, and nothing more. The presentations you create are yours — we claim no rights over your content or your output. Rights in material produced through a third-party AI service are governed by that service's own terms.

10. Payments

Payments are collected online through Razorpay. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.

11. Cancellation and refunds

There is no recurring charge to cancel. Refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

12. Limitation of liability

The software is supplied as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the current 30-day period. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost work, lost time or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or end a subscription being used in breach of these terms. Where we do so without cause, we refund the unused portion of the period.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page with the date below. Changes apply to subscriptions purchased after they are published, and do not alter the terms of a period you have already paid for.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Surat having exclusive jurisdiction.
