Before you install
- Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit)
- Google Chrome installed
- Signed in to ChatGPT in Chrome with your own account
- An internet connection
- Microsoft PowerPoint is optional — without it, ChatPPT uses its own built-in PPTX writer and produces the same file
Installing
- Download the installer and double-click it.
- Windows may show a blue “Windows protected your PC” box. Click More info → Run anyway. This appears because the application is not code-signed; it is not a virus warning.
- Choose the shortcuts you want and finish. Administrator rights are not required — it installs into your own user folder.
- Launch ChatPPT from the Desktop or Start Menu.
- A short first-run setup checks Chrome, the internet connection, your output folder and PowerPoint.
- Activate your ₹99 subscription and start generating.

The checksums let you confirm the file you downloaded is
the one we published. In PowerShell:

A ChatGPT account of your own is required, and is not included. ChatPPT works by operating your Google Chrome and your signed-in ChatGPT session on your PC. It is a desktop productivity application: any separate third-party AI service or account required for your workflow is not included in the ₹99 ChatPPT subscription and is not sold by us. Whatever ChatGPT plan you use — including the free one — is a matter between you and OpenAI.
Uninstalling
Windows Settings → Apps → Installed apps → ChatPPT → Uninstall, in the usual way. Presentations you have already generated are kept — they live in your own output folder and are not removed.
