Yes. It is a Windows application that you install and run on your own PC. It is not a web application — this website is for product information, downloads, pricing and payment only. No presentation is ever created in your browser or on our servers.

30 days from activation. It does not renew by itself: nothing is auto-debited and no card or mandate is stored.

Yes. While your subscription is active you can generate as many presentations as you like. There are no credits, no tokens, no slide limits, no monthly caps and no per-presentation charges.

Yes — to activate your subscription, and while generating, because ChatPPT works through your own online ChatGPT session. Once a presentation is generated it is a normal file on your disk and needs nothing.

On your computer. ChatPPT runs locally and writes the .pptx straight to your chosen output folder. Your slide text, the generated images and the finished presentations are never uploaded to us and we cannot see them.

Yes. ChatPPT operates your own Google Chrome and your own signed-in ChatGPT session to draw the slides, so you need a ChatGPT account of your own. That account is not included in the ₹99 ChatPPT subscription and is not sold by us; whatever ChatGPT plan you use is a matter between you and OpenAI. We are not affiliated with OpenAI or Microsoft.

From the download page. The download is free; a subscription is required to generate presentations.

Pay ₹99 again, either from the checkout page or from inside ChatPPT, which offers renewal as the period nears its end. Renewing early loses you nothing: the 30 days are added to the end of what you already have, so renewing with four days left gives you 34.

Generating new presentations stops until you renew. Everything you have already made stays exactly where it is on your computer — expiry does not touch your files, and the application still opens.

One subscription covers one PC — it is tied to the computer it was activated on, and copying the application to another machine will not carry it across. A second computer needs a second subscription. If you replace or reinstall your PC, email profssoftware@gmail.com with your User ID and we will move the subscription across for you.

A short code such as PPT-7K29X4 that identifies your subscription. It is shown when you activate and is always visible on the subscription badge in the top-right corner of the ChatPPT window. It is not a password and it is not secret — quote it whenever you contact support.

No. If PowerPoint is installed ChatPPT uses it; if it is not, a built-in writer produces the same .pptx. You do need something to open the file with, and PowerPoint, LibreOffice Impress and Google Slides all open it.

Nothing is lost. The presentation is saved after every slide, so an interruption at slide 7 leaves a working deck of slides 1–7, and Refresh carries the job on from where it stopped. Finished slides are never generated twice.

ChatPPT is sold on a no-refund basis once a payment has activated a subscription, with three exceptions — a payment that activated nothing, a duplicate payment, and a subscription we end ourselves. All three are refunded in full. Please read the Cancellation & Refund Policy before you pay, and email us first if you are unsure whether ChatPPT will suit you.
