Your slides never reach us. Here is precisely what does.
This describes exactly what ChatPPT and this website collect, why, and what happens to it. It is written from the software's actual behaviour, not from a template.
What never leaves your PC
Your presentation content. The slide text you type, the images generated and the PowerPoint files produced stay on your computer. They are never uploaded to us and we cannot see them.
ChatPPT drives your own Chrome and your own ChatGPT session, so your slide text goes to OpenAI under your own account and their privacy policy — exactly as if you had typed it into ChatGPT yourself. It does not pass through us.
What we do collect

What we do not collect
- No name, postal address or date of birth
- No card numbers, UPI IDs, CVV or bank credentials. These are entered on Razorpay's own checkout, are handled entirely by Razorpay, and never reach us. We could not store them if we wanted to.
- No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising identifiers or third-party cookies on this website
- No account, password or email address is required to use the software
- None of your presentation content
Cookies
This website sets no cookies of its own and runs no analytics. The Razorpay checkout, which opens only when you choose to pay, sets what it needs to process your payment securely — see their policy below.
Who else sees it
Two processors, both for the purposes above and nothing else:
- Razorpay Software Private Limited — processes your payment and holds the payment details we never see. See razorpay.com/privacy.
- Our hosting provider — runs this website and the database holding subscription records, in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region. Your data stays in India.
We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Subscription and payment records are kept for as long as we are required to keep them for tax and accounting purposes. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded.
Security
Traffic between the software, this website and our servers is encrypted in transit. Access to subscription records is restricted to the proprietor.
Your rights
Write to profssoftware@gmail.com with your User ID to ask what we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have your account deleted. Note that deleting your account ends any active subscription and we cannot restore it afterwards.
Children
ChatPPT is sold to adults and is not directed at children.
